Badges & Passes

Contractor passes

Anyone working on the site at any time must have the appropriate pass. If you have contractors who will only be on site for the build-up and/or break down, they can collect passes on site once they have completed the online site induction.  The link to the site induction can be sent in advance or completed on site by scanning the QR code at the entrance to the showground.  Contractors will need to provide proof of work at the show before they will be allowed access.

Exhibitor passes

Each stand will be allocated 6 exhibitor access passes. Please register here.

If you believe that you will require more than 6 members of staff on site, please email imogen.grundy@immediate.co.uk Please however be mindful that exhibitors are expected to follow any relevant government guidelines on social distancing within the confines of their stand or street food unit.

Digital passes will permit exhibitors to access the site for build up or on show open morning, at which point they must collect an exhibitor wristband from the Organisers, valid for the duration of the festival.

Balloons

Balloons must be secured by suitable means; a charge may be made for retrieval if any escape to the roof or for any damage to air-handling units.

Banks

Free cash dispensers are located on-site as follows:

Barclays                         at the railway station
HSBC                              at the Railway Station
Abbey National            at the Railway Station

Chargeable cash machines are located throughout the atrium.

Banners & Rigging

Banners above stands are not permitted.

Batteries

The use of batteries to provide mains stand power is strictly prohibited, as batteries are not currently considered to be a safe source of power. This is primarily due to the concern of being unable to identify power sources clearly within a stand and therefore to isolate power in case of a fire, as well as concerns over defects due to lack of maintenance and poor transportation and storage. Authorisation is required from the venue prior to the use of any standalone lithium battery powered appliances, such as illuminated display cabinets, and these will need to be identified within the stand holder’s risk assessment.
