Noise / Live Performances

 

Exhibitors must contact the Organisers if they are planning to make use of pre-recorded or live performances. Volume should be kept to a level that does not cause disturbance to other Exhibitors or visitors, a maximum of 80 dBA.

In cases of dispute, the decision of the Organisers is final. In order to avoid conflicts in demonstrations between neighbouring stands, we ask that exhibitors participating in live demonstrations submit the relevant information on their Health & Safety Declaration.
